Ibberson was awarded the contract to supply all the equipment and supervise installation for this modular feed mill renovation project.
The expansion project doubled the output capacity of the existing feed mill facility and made conversions to the existing process control system. The equipment was installed in structural steel modular frames approximately 8’ x 9-6” x 40’ long. The modular frames were then transported via ocean carrier.
This project was a fast-track project in which three modules were fitted together in five days. The modular system design reduced the time required to erect and commission the mill. This enabled Ibberson to meet the nine-month schedule.
