Ibberson provided design and construction services to increase manufacturing capabilities for new products an extensive line of high-end animal feed products. The project involved modifications and expansion of an existing feed extrusion plant.

The project included the following:

• Demolition and removal of existing structures, utilities and equipment
• Site grading modifications and new railroad spur track installation
• New rail and truck bulk liquid ingredient unloading and storage systems
• New meal storage bin structure and processing system additions
• New extruded product cooling system addition
• New process building cooling addition
• New boiler and liquids pump buildings
• New control room
• New and expanded process control systems hardware and programming
• New and expanded process mechanical equipment and piping systems installation
• New and expanded power, control electrical hardware and wiring installation
