Ibberson was responsible for the design, engineering and construction of this turnkey Tyson Foods, Inc. poultry feed mill.
The facility consists of an 800-tph rail receiving system with a 400-TPH truck receiving and two 60-TPH pelleting lines. The mill tower is 40 feet x 80 feet x 189 feet tall with three 28-foot diameter x 152 feet-tall storage tanks attached.
The construction schedule on this world-class feed mill was accelerated from a 13-month schedule to a 10-month schedule.
