Ibberson was contract by Western Fuels-Wyoming, Inc. to perform major repairs of their existing coal silos.
The repairs involved epoxy injection of cracks and delimitations, constructing new ring girders, repairing concrete spalls and slipform lifts, power-washing and sealing silo walls, and installing post-tension stands and buttress columns on the exterior of the silos.
T.E. Ibberson Company worked very closely with Western Fuels-Wyoming, Inc. to coordinate the sequence of construction. This allowed them to continue mining operations without interruption, while we met all safety requirements to ensure successful completion of the project.
